CITRUS PARK CHARTER SCHOOL
Completed in 2016, this $14M 3-story +/-90,000 SF school was designed & built on a 8.75 acre site in Tampa with over five acres of open space and protected wetlands requirements.
These site constraints led to a design with elevated portions of the building to provide vehicular queueing and parking areas underneath portions of the building. Design and Construction Documents were completed in under 60 days and construction was completed in about four months. The project was completed on time and within budget.
The mission of Sports Leadership and Management Academy (SLAM) Tampa is to prepare students in grades 6-12 for postsecondary studies and careers through an engaging educational program emphasizing sports leadership and management career preparation.
